Fieldings arena

Here at F.E.C. we are constantly updating and upgrading the facilities on offer to our livery clients.
Whether you are a serious competitor or a happy hacker we think you will find our facilities meet your every need.
It doesn't matter if you have a top grade competition horse or a hairy little pony, we know that they are all just as important to their owners and we take pleasure in seeing horses and riders enjoying their time here.

Our manege is 70 x 72 metres, floodlit and hosts a full set of showjumps, dressage boards and markers. It is also available to hire by the hour to non-livery clients at reasonable rates.

Just finished (but constantly being updated) is the cross-country course which has fences ranging from 1 to 3 feet high so there is something for everyone to try. This is also available to hire by the hour to visitors.

The grass gallops here are perfect for letting off steam, interval training or just a relaxing hack if you don't feel like going off the premises to the excellent hacking across the driveway. We are lucky to have forestry tracks and disused railway lines which give miles of off-road hacking.

The lorry parking area is on hard standing and locked overnight with CCTV for extra security.

The main stable block has a fully fitted out tackroom with hot & cold water, coffee facilities, wash bay, trunk storage and feed room. There is also the grooming/farrier bay indoors which is a must in our Scottish climate!
In summer we can open up all the doors and let the sun flood through the building and in winter we shut ourselves in and let the weather do its worst! (which it usually does!)
